A 60-minute treatment aims to combine unwinding your body with targeting therapeutic goals such as improving flexibility and posture, and relieving pain. Full body or key areas will be addressed to provide a restful and restorative session. Initial appointments are preferred to be 60 minutes to discuss and assess your main health concerns.
